This role combines cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies with modern cloud-native development practices to deliver innovative software solutions. You will work within cross-functional teams and contribute to the design and implementation of ML/AI solutions. **Required technical and professional expertise** '- 3+ years in technical roles such as Software Engineer, ML/AI Engineer, or Data Scientist - Pasion about technology and software solutions related to GenAI and data science - Following strong Python software engineering practices, including clean and well-documented code, testing, version control, and the ability to review and provide constructive feedback on other engineers’ code in a collaborative team - Hands-on expertise with Cloud platforms: Azure or AWS - Experience impelemnting deployment and provisioning automation tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD - Knowledge of Infrastructure as a Code and familiarity with Bicep, Terraform, API gateaways - Understanding of vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) - Strong communication skills, able to clearly explain your solution choices, limitations, and results to both technical stakeholders and non-technical domain experts **Preferred technical and professional experience** '- Experience with operationalization of LLMs or Generative AI applications - Experience with production ML pipelines and MLOps, including data ingestion, preprocessing, model versioning, evaluation, deployment, and scaling inference workloads - Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras or Hugging Face - Familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) and AI workflow orchestration - Experience with distributed systems and clusters for both batch as well as streaming data (S3/Spark/Kafka) IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
