Position:AI Engineer
Job Description:

What You’ll Be Doing: 

Implements and manages CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.) for ML workflows, including automated model training, testing, and deployment containerization with Docker, serverless Functions and/or Kubernetes to enhance scalability. Develops ML workflows on Azure (e.g., Databricks).

Designs & Codes ML/AI data versioning, feature stores, and model lifecycle management to ensure streamlined processes and reliability. Manage versions, monitor performance, and enable rollbacks through CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.

Prototypes & develops workflows that leverage existing AI, ML, & GenAI frameworks & models to solve business problems.

Design and develop machine learning models, AI & GenAI Agents, and ML algorithms to solve business problems. Experiment with new features and modeling techniques to develop more accurate or useful AI / ML Models.

What We Are Looking For: 

Typically requires 5 - 7 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
4 year degree and/or advanced degree required.

Requires 2 years of experience with designing and developing in Azure, Databricks, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, GenAI (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel)

Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions

Works independently; receives minimal guidance

Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience

Represents the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement

Contributes to process improvements

Typically resolves problems using existing solutions

Provides informal guidance to junior staff

Works with minimal guidance

Work Arrangement:

 Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$84,500.00 - $137,060.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
