Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven solutions across various departmentsConduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for AI modelsOptimize existing machine learning models for improved performance and efficiencyStay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologiesDevelop and maintain technical documentation for AI systems and processesTroubleshoot and debug AI applications to ensure smooth operationMentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the AI teamParticipate in research activities to explore new AI techniques and methodologies

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred5+ years of experience in AI development and machine learningStrong programming skills, with proficiency in Python, SQL, and JavaScriptExtensive experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorchIn-depth knowledge of deep learning algorithms and architecturesFamiliarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or TableauSolid understanding of data structures and algorithmsProficiency in version control systems, particularly GitExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentFluency in English required; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus
