As an AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying sophisticated AI solutions. You will play a key role in advancing our AI capabilities by designing robust models and leveraging the latest in agentic frameworks and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques. Your responsibilities span model development, cloud integration and cross-functional collaboration to drive business-relevant innovation at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement AI solutions across diverse applications, incorporating agentic workflows where models operate autonomously across tasks or datasets with minimal human intervention. Develop and integrate RAG models to enhance model performance with contextually relevant data sources, improving output reliability and depth. Identifying, fine-tuning or distilling existing large language models to optimize for performance and accuracy in domain-specific use cases. Seamlessly deploy AI solutions in cloud environments, with a strong focus on the Azure ecosystem. Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models using machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, with an emphasis on scalability and automation. Conduct model evaluations, benchmarking performance and interpretability across business domains. Build, refine and deploy machine learning/AI models in a Databricks environment. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate AI advances into practical, high-impact business tools. Communicate complex AI methodologies and results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.Qualifications:
A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics or a related fieldProven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models, including familiarity with agentic frameworks and RAG approaches.Hands-on experience fine-tuning, distilling and serving language models (e.g., BERT-type, GPT-type, LLaMA).Expertise in building agentic workflows and RAG pipelines using tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex.Experience with embedding models and vector databases such as Azure AI Search, pgvector and FAISS.Proficiency in Machine Learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, with hands-on experience in model development and optimization.Hands-on experience in working in data warehouse/platforms such as Databricks, Google Bigquery, Athena.Solid experience deploying AI in Azure.Ability to design and communicate scalable, reliable AI solutions across functional teams.Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of designing innovative AI solutions.Commitment to staying current with developments in AI technology particularly in autonomous agents, multi-modal reasoning, and large language model orchestration.What can we offer you?
