Join us. **Job Description** AECOM GTA is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking AI Enablement Manager to pioneer the integration of artificial intelligence into our strategic growth and marketing functions. In a world where critical insights are often buried across disconnected sources, this role is pivotal in creating and embedding AI-powered approaches to surface what matters most. You will be responsible for developing systems that streamline signal detection from market shifts, competitor movements, and ESG developments, transforming scattered research into coherent, actionable intelligence. By ensuring our content and strategic messaging are optimized for discovery by both people and algorithms, you will enhance our brand's visibility and resonance. This is a unique hybrid role, splitting time equally between driving regional initiatives and contributing to a global center of excellence, pioneering approaches globally to roll-out to the Aecom regions. You will partner with leadership across the organization to embed AI into our core workflows, equip our teams with next-generation tools, and lead the change necessary to foster a culture of data-driven, AI-enabled decision-making. In addition you will assist the creation of a core team within Canada region that covers AI, business analytics, financial analytics and change management **Key Responsibilities** **Strategic Intelligence & Insight Generation (Regional Focus)** + Develop and deploy AI-driven processes to automate external environmental scans across policy, media, and industry signals. + Connect disparate internal knowledge bases with public intelligence to uncover hidden opportunities and risks. + Deliver focused, timely, and relevant intelligence feeds to regional strategy, business development (BD), and market sector / CAM teams to improve decision-making and unlock new value. + Work with the global reporting team to optimize existing dashboards using AI, better visualizing and surfacing actionable business intelligence around pursuit activity and client positioning. **Content Discoverability & Brand Alignment (Global Focus)** + Design and implement comprehensive SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and LLMO (Large Language Model Optimization) strategies to ensure our voice is consistent and positioned for both human and machine discovery. + Build and maintain semantic frameworks and analytics pipelines to keep our messaging tuned to audience needs and evolving algorithm patterns. + Surface real-time client insights from internal and external information to inform positioning, relationship strategy, and content personalization. **Strategic AI Integration & Enablement (Global & Regional)** + Partner with Global Strategy + Growth and Strategic Marketing to embed AI into strategic planning, campaign development, creative execution, and client engagement workflows. + Champion the adoption and maximization of enterprise AI tools, working with the Chief Information Officer and her team as appropriate, and activating AI add-ons for platforms like Salesforce (Einstein). + Equip teams with AI-driven toolkits and training, including best practices for efficient and responsibly sustainable prompting, to enhance clarity, precision, and performance across all functions. **Change Management & Performance Measurement (Global & Regional)** + Coordinate with our change management lead and initiatives to foster AI literacy and adoption across regional and global teams. + Ensure all AI-driven activities align with AECOM’s brand voice, ethical standards, and IT's AI governance policies. + Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the impact and ROI of AI initiatives on marketing effectiveness, client engagement, and strategic growth. **Broader AI enablement** + Act as an SME and Single Point of Contact for our region with respect to broader engineering AI rollout, helping to define the need and plan, plus ensuring the right teams are in place for success **Qualifications** **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline+ 10 years experience in multimedia and digital solution OR equivalent experience **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Expertise in AI systems and workflows including Gemini, Copilot, Claude, and similar Working knowledge of business strategy and drivers **Additional Information** Sponsorship for Canadian employment authorization is not available for this position Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
