This role is responsible for identifying, accessing, and integrating data from various sources—including databases and data lakes—to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights. The successful candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders to understand data needs, build scalable reporting solutions, and ensure dashboards are accessible and aligned with strategic priorities. **Responsibilities:** + **Data Source Integration** : Connect to and navigate data lakes to locate and extract relevant datasets. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance throughout the process. + **Business Data Mapping** : Collaborate with business teams to understand key metrics and translate business requirements into data queries and models. Identify the right data sources to support strategic and operational goals. + **Reporting & Dashboard Development** : Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Ensure outputs are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with business needs. + **Data Governance & Documentation** : Maintain clear documentation of data sources, data models, and reporting logic. Promote data literacy and transparency across the organization. + **Stakeholder Collaboration** : Act as a trusted partner to cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Product Experience, and Partnership. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making. + **Operational Cadence & Self-Service Enablement** : Establish a regular cadence for reporting and dashboard refreshes. Empower business users through self-service analytics and training. + **Continuous Improvement** : Identify opportunities to streamline data access, improve reporting efficiency, and enhance data quality. Stay current with BI tools and data integration best practices **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field + 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data integration, or analytics roles within a complex, matrixed organization **Required Qualifications:** + Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker + Expert Excel, and Data Management Skills + Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL (extract, transform & load) processes, and data governance principles + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills + Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights + Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset The base salary budgeted range for this position is $130k - 160K.
