We are hiring an entry level AI & Digital Transformation Analyst to join our Service Supply Chain team and play a hands-on role in reimagining operational efficiency through the power of AI and automation. You'll help assess day-to-day workflows, propose smart tech solutions, and collaborate across teams to drive global impact. This is a hybrid position based in Morrisville, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and evaluate daily tasks across SSC teams to pinpoint inefficiencies and improvement opportunities Assist in developing and implementing AI and machine learning solutions to optimize performance Identify manual workflows that could benefit from automation and suggest scalable enhancements Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to map current supply chain processes and recommend data-driven upgrades Support the tracking and reporting of results from implemented solutions, and proactively seek new optimization areas Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by researching and presenting new AI or supply chain innovations

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field Internship, academic projects, or coursework experience involving supply chain or analytics Utilization of AI or machine learning concepts through coursework or hands-on tools Experience with coding, preferably python Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a passion for turning data into decisions Familiarity with automation technologies (e.g., RPA, scripting tools, workflow platforms) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially working across diverse regions and time zones
