AI Creative Technologist
Type: Full Time Posted Date: 2026-01-28 Pay Range: 130000.00 - 140000.00 USD per year **Primary Function** The AI Creative Technologist sits at the intersection of creativity, design, production and technology. This person is a hybrid thinker and maker and will be responsible for building internal AI interfaces that reimagine how a busy creative and production studio creates. You should be comfortable building prototypes, creative coding frameworks, working directly with designers and pioneering infrastructure. You should have lived your career so far in a creative department and understand the way a creative team works and production processes. If you are passionate about building tools to help accelerate innovation and build the workflows that will define the next era of creative production, then this is the role for you. **Duties & Responsibilities** Build fast prototypes that respond to AI enabled creative directions. Generate visuals systems and campaign assets from strategic brand briefs. Enable the creative team of designers, writers and video editors to speed up workflows and create assets through AI enablement Translate creative brand ideas into technical possibilities and bring them to life through demos and tools which can be rolled out across the organization. Train AI tools on brand guidelines and create prompts to enable AI generation of final creative deliverables. Explore emerging technologies AI, multimodal models, WebGL, creative coding, automation and help them turn into creative advantage. Ability to turn an abstract or ambiguous idea into a tangible asset. Transform briefs into captivating creative strategies, blending technology with innovative concepts. Strong understanding of digital behaviour, interaction design, and visual craft. Experience using AI tools or model API’s to create new possibilities. Serve as a vital link between production, creative, and technical teams, fluent in all three realms and adept at translating ideas seamlessly. **Skills & Qualifications** Strong familiarity with both creative tools and scripting languages. Expertise in frameworks including but not limited to Google Gemini, Canva, Midjourney, Notebook LM. Experience in applying AI and machine learning in creative contexts. An innovative mindset - you are naturally curious, experimental and thrive on turning ‘what if’ ideas into reality. A collaborator who enjoys working across disciplines in a small but focused team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on execution role. **Education & Experience** 5+ years of experience in creative technology, innovation and R&D. 7+ years of experience within a creative agency or in house studio model - preferably in an ACD role. Experience in Web3, Crypto & blockchain is preferred. A portfolio that shows prototypes, experiments, interactive work and AI models.
