What you will do:

Deploy, test, measure & verify AI control algorithms for existing building control systemsAnalyze and improve the building control system to optimize the energy consumption and the zoning comfortContribute to the development of the different HVAC algorithmsParticipate cross-functionally with teams for building deployments & performance analysisWork closely with customers to develop new HVAC control sequence, advise on repairs control systemsImprove company tools, templates, and processes related to energy consumption analysis and building performance analysisAble to understand HVAC mechanical plans and wiring diagramsProvide training and follow-up training on HVAC system controls to customersDocument work processes and proceduresIdentify, analyze and resolve issues in a timely mannerProvide, analyze and review performance reports & advise corrective action plans & review feedback with different departments.Other tasks as assigned

What you will bring:

DEC or bachelor\u2019s degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or related field5 plus years of experience with building automation and HVAC control systemExperience with DDC, PLC or similar programming in BAS and HVAC controlIn-depth knowledge of building automation systems, HVAC, electrical and building operationsExperience with commissioning building HVAC automation controls and systemsThorough understanding of building control theory and conceptsDiverse experience in proprietary controls is a plus (JCI, Siemens, Honeywell, Alerton, Delta, Niagara, Schneider/TAC, etc.)Experience with building management system protocols like, BACnet, Modbus, LonworksStrong organizational and communication skillsStrong reporting skills.Strong interpersonal skills, charismatic and able to present easily.Strong Energy Management and performance checking skills.Strong Trend log reading, analysis, finding actionable insights & reporting skills .Familiar with the programming language python
