This role offers meaningful exposure to AI pipelines, secure development practices, and practical solution‑building—allowing you to make valuable contributions while developing skills that support your long‑term career growth. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Preparing and validating KBA source files, ensuring documents follow required templates before conversion. + Converting MS Word KBAs into Markdown while applying project‑specific formatting and structural standards. + Reviewing and editing Markdown and HTML outputs to correct automated conversion issues, ensuring accuracy in headers, lists, tables, images, and code formatting. + Maintaining high accuracy by aligning converted documents with the original PDF model and cleaning unnecessary syntax. + Applying logical segmentation (chunking) to break down content while preserving key procedures, steps, and contextual relationships for AI processing. + Populating grounding headers, ensuring proper vectorization, and preparing documents for seamless ingestion into the AI system. + Reviewing and refining AI‑generated evaluation prompts, adjusting or removing unclear or inaccurate prompts to ensure content reliability. + Ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality protocols when handling proprietary and sensitive documents. **Who You Are:** You learn quickly when facing new challenges and adapt effectively to changing expectations.
