As part of this central function, you will help shape, implement, and scale cutting-edge Agentic AI solutions across the organization and our clients The Business Analyst for the Agentic AI Factory acts as a key connector between business stakeholders, financial teams, AI specialists, and technology groups, ensuring agentic AI initiatives maximize business value, optimize processes, and support strong financial outcomes. This role is responsible for gathering and analyzing business and financial requirements, mapping and reengineering business processes, facilitating solution design, and supporting change management—all while aligning outcomes with enterprise objectives, responsible AI, and human-in-the-loop (HITL) best practices. **What you'll be doing** + Collaborate with business, finance, and technology stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and financial requirements for agentic AI initiatives. + Analyze, document, and optimize current-state and future-state business processes; identify opportunities for AI-enabled efficiency, cost savings, revenue enhancement, and risk reduction. + Conduct financial analysis (e.g., cost-benefit analysis, ROI, impact projections) to support the business case for AI projects, quantify benefits, and inform prioritization. + Develop financial models and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure realized and projected business and financial value from AI solutions. + Translate business and financial needs into clear functional/non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria—ensuring alignment and understanding across cross-functional teams. + Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to synthesize requirements and support process reengineering involving AI and automation. + Support the design, measurement, and monitoring of business and financial outcomes associated with agentic AI system deployment. + Ensure that requirements, solution designs, and process changes embed responsible AI practices, including transparency, HITL decision points, and compliance with financial and regulatory standards. + Conduct impact assessments for new AI and process initiatives, identifying business and financial benefits, risks, costs, and resource needs. + Develop and maintain process documentation, business cases, and cost models relevant to human-AI collaboration and process transformation. + Support change enablement by preparing and communicating business process guides, training materials, and performance dashboards. + Participate in project planning, progress reviews, and post-implementation analysis to provide data-driven insights and enable continuous learning. + Serve as subject matter expert on business processes, data flows, financial impacts, and process change management throughout the project lifecycle. + Track and manage requirements traceability, change requests, and measure alignment to agreed business and financial objectives. + Perform other related analyst and process/financial duties as required. **What you'll bring along** + Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. + Minimum 5-7 tears of experience in business analysis and/or financial analysis roles within technology, AI/ML, or digital transformation projects. + Professional certification in business analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, IIBA) and/or financial analysis (eg, CFA, CIMA, or similar) desirable. + Strong skills in business process mapping, process optimization, and reengineering. + Proficiency in financial analysis techniques (e.g., ROI modeling, cost-benefit studies, forecasting) and business case development. + Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., process flows, user stories, traceability matrices). + Exposure to AI/ML or digital transformation lifecycles, especially in relation to business and financial outcomes. + Familiarity with responsible AI practices, HITL decision-making models, and regulatory/compliance frameworks. + Ability to translate complex technical and financial concepts into accessible business language and actionable requirements. + Excellent facilitation, analytical, communication, and presentation skills. + High attention to detail, demonstrated organizational skills, and a data-driven mindset. + Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative; capable of managing ambiguity and evolving requirements. + Driven to deliver measurable business and financial value through innovative AI and process solutions. + Proven track record in business process improvement, optimization, or reengineering. + Experience conducting financial assessments, modeling project returns, and supporting investment decisions. + Demonstrated ability to lead multi-stakeholder requirements gathering and support business case development. + Exposure to AI-enabled or automation-based projects and understanding of their business/financial implications preferred. + Experience in highly regulated or data-driven organizations is an asset. + Excellent command of both spoken and written English, German language skills are considered a plus. **What’s in it for you** ✔ New beginnings can be a challenge.
