Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience. **Your role and responsibilities** As an AI Architect in the TDA & Microsoft Partnership team, you will be responsible for designing, validating, and guiding the implementation of advanced AI architectures with a focus on Agentic AI and enterprise knowledge solutions. You will translate business objectives and technical requirements into AI-enabled architectures that are scalable, ethical, and aligned with enterprise standards. Working closely with the Core Tech Team Lead, Microsoft partners, and AI engineering teams, you will ensure that AI solutions are technically sound, secure, and capable of delivering high-value business outcomes. * Design AI architectures and solution patterns to support enterprise use cases, including Agentic AI frameworks. * Define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals, compliance, and governance. * Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft Azure AI services and enterprise systems. * Evaluate AI models, frameworks, and tools for suitability, performance, and scalability. * Collaborate on PoVs, prototypes, and pilot implementations to validate architectural approaches. * Ensure AI solutions meet ethical, security, and regulatory standards. * Support knowledge sharing and technical upskilling across the AI delivery teams.
