•Model and solve complex optimization problems in logistics and related business scenarios, including but not limited to route planning, scheduling optimization, resource allocation, and inventory optimization.
• Design and implement practical, production-ready optimization solutions based on operations research methods (such as linear programming, integer programming, network flow, and stochastic optimization) as well as heuristic and meta-heuristic algorithms (e.g., GA, SA, TS, ACO, PSO).
• Possess hands-on experience in either Computer Vision (CV) or Natural Language Processing (NLP), with in-depth practical application of Large Language Model (LLM) technologies, including but not limited to RAG, fine-tuning, Agents, MCP, and Skills.
• Optimize algorithm performance, robustness, and scalability based on business data and constraints, ensuring that solutions can be effectively engineered and deployed in large-scale, highly constrained scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with product, business, and system engineering teams to integrate algorithmic capabilities into real-world business systems, such as TMS, WMS, OMS, and decision support systems.
•Participate in algorithm performance evaluation and continuous iteration, driving a closed-loop process to realize and enhance business value from optimization solutions.

•Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Operations Research, Statistics, Automation, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
•Solid foundation in operations research and machine learning, with the ability to understand and apply common optimization models and solution methods (e.g., LP, MILP, IP, Dynamic Programming).
•Familiarity with one or more heuristic or meta-heuristic algorithms, with hands-on experience in practical modeling and parameter tuning.
•Strong algorithm engineering capabilities, with proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, C++, or Java.
•Basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), including core principles (e.g., Transformers, prompting, and inference mechanisms), and the ability to apply them appropriately in engineering practice (e.g., API integration, agent construction, or decision-support modules).                                                                                                                                                                                                       •Hands-on project experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, transportation, warehousing, energy, or related domains, with over 3 years of work experience and a solid understanding of real-world business constraints and objective function design.
•Experience in taking algorithms from prototype to production, with a clear understanding of the importance of performance, robustness, interpretability, and business acceptance.
