岗位职责

1. 负责业务的容量规划性能优化，故障处理，流程优化变更管理，风险治理、监控管理等稳定性保障工作

2 负责基础设施包括k8S集群、VM、PAAS等大规模集群的交付、维护和架构演进

3. 负责模型训练、推理集群、AI平台的维护管理

岗位要求

1.深入理解Linux系统，精通TCP/IP、HTTP等协议，具备扎实网络以及操作系统知识

2.具备大规模集群管理和微服务产品的维护经验，掌握Kafka、MQ、NACOS、ES、Redis、DB等多种软件的运维和性能调优，具备丰富的排障经验

3.有成熟运维产品项目开发经验和能力，至少掌握Python, Go, Java中的一种开发语言

4.对云原生可观测架构有深入实践，

5.具有Prometheus/Grafana/Skywalking/OpenTelemetry等大规模应用经验者优先

6.能够借助AIOPS、数据分析等方法提升运维效率，解决复杂问题者优先
