密切跟踪 AI Agent、NLP、多目标优化算法、预测算法等领域的最新技术动态与行业趋势，为公司技术战略规划提供前瞻性建议，确保公司技术路线的先进性和竞争力。负责设计创新且高效的 AI 系统架构，针对复杂业务场景，运用 AI Agent 技术构建智能交互体系，利用 NLP 技术实现自然语言的深度理解与处理，结合多目标优化算法和预测算法提升系统的决策能力与预测准确性，满足客户多样化需求。依据项目需求和技术发展趋势，精准进行技术选型，评估并选择最合适的开源框架、工具和算法库，确保技术方案的可行性、稳定性和可扩展性，有效控制技术风险和成本。主导从算法设计到系统开发的全流程工作，带领团队将先进的技术理念转化为实际可运行的 AI 解决方案，通过优化算法性能、解决技术难题，保障项目按时高质量交付，为客户提供卓越的人工智能应用体验。
岗位要求：
在 AI Agent 领域，深入理解智能体的架构、规划、决策等核心机制，并拥有实际项目开发经验。在 NLP 方面，熟练掌握词向量、语义分析、文本生成等关键技术，能够运用主流 NLP 模型（如 BERT、GPT 等）解决实际问题。精通多目标优化算法（如 NSGA-II 等），能够在复杂约束条件下实现多目标的平衡优化。对预测算法（如时间序列预测算法等）有深入研究，能够准确构建预测模型并进行有效的结果分析。具备出色的英文听说读写能力，能够流畅阅读英文技术文献，跟踪国际前沿研究成果，并用英文与国际团队进行高效的技术交流与合作，参与国际学术会议或技术研讨活动。拥有优秀的沟通能力，能够清晰准确地向团队成员、上级领导以及客户阐述复杂的技术概念和方案；具备出色的呈现能力，能够通过生动的演示和讲解，让非技术人员理解技术项目的价值和进展；具备良好的写作能力，能够撰写高质量的技术文档、项目报告和学术论文。 Additional Locations: * China - Tianjin - 天津（Tianjin） * China * China - Tianjin * China - Tianjin - 天津（Tianjin）
