岗位职责

参与公司AI Agent的设计、开发与优化，实现智能决策、多任务调度及对话交互能力

构建多模态意图识别模型（文本/语音/图像），设计动态澄清策略（置信度阈值/主动追问机制） 开发长短期记忆模块（LSTM+知识图谱），实现用户偏好与对话历史的持续跟踪基于机器学习/深度学习算法，完成数据清洗、模型训练与效果调优探索大模型（LLM）在Agent场景中的应用，包括基础微调（如LoRA、Prompt Tuning等）与部署测试 协助构建AI Agent的知识库、工具调用（API集成）及多模态交互能力跟踪AI领域前沿技术（如RAG、LangChain等），参与技术方案设计与落地

岗位要求：

编程能力：熟练使用Python，熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow框架了解基础数据结构与算法，具备良好代码规范具有一定JAVA编码能力的优先算法基础：掌握机器学习（如分类/聚类）、深度学习（如RNN/Transformer）基础理论有NLP/CV相关项目经验者优先（如文本生成、意图识别）AI Agent方向：了解Agent基础架构（如任务规划、记忆管理、工具调用）熟悉LangChain、AutoGPT等框架者优先熟悉RAG（检索增强生成）、MCP/A2A多智能体协作技术大模型能力：熟悉主流大模型（如GPT、DeepSeek、LLaMA、文心一言）原理及微调方法具备基础Prompt Engineering经验，能通过提示词优化模型输出了解模型轻量化部署（OLLMA、模型量化）团队要求具备AI 应用落地的实战经验对AI技术有强烈热情，具备快速学习能力与主动性良好的逻辑思维与问题拆解能力能够阅读英文技术文档，跟进前沿论文 Additional Locations:  * China - Sichuan - 成都（Chengdu） * China * China - Sichuan * China - Sichuan - 成都（Chengdu）
