**AHMG Health Optimization Center – Lake Mary** **Nurse Practitioner, ARNP or Physician Assistant, PA-C** **Full Time Position** **Team Collaboration:** Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, dietitians, physical therapists, and mental health experts, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care in the following areas: + **Exercise Programs:** Monitor personalized exercise plans to enhance cardiovascular health, insulin sensitivity, and weight management. + **Nutritional Guidance:** Collaborate with dietitians to create tailored dietary plans that address individual metabolic needs. + **Mental Health Support:** Partner with mental health professionals to support patients in managing stress, anxiety, and other psychological factors. + ongoing support and motivation. **Knowledge and Skills Required:** + Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, patients, parents and hospital medical staff + Enthusiastic team player + Willingness to learn + Flexible, adaptable to change + Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in developing personalized care plans. + Compassionate, collaborative, and committed to whole patient care **Schedule Details:** + Outpatient Schedule: Monday-Friday + Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM + Open to flex schedules that include weekends, 4-10hour shifts, and extended hours + Campus: AH Lake Mary **Required Education/Experience:** + Master's degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant studies + Preferred in metabolic health, surgical optimization, cardiology or related fields. **Licensure, Certification, and Registration:** + Current, valid Florida APRN or PA license or ability to obtain + ANCC, AANP or NCCPA certification required. + Current BLS and ACLS **Category:** Physician Services **Schedule:** Full-time **Req ID:** 148745820
