Overview Sample, analyze, and report on the quality of incoming and stored raw materials in a timely and accurate manner to ensure the supply of materials meets production requirements. Calibrate equipment, maintain records, and comply with work procedures for GMP, 5S, environmental safety, health safety, etc. Responsibilities Inspect the quality of incoming raw materials against technical standards as per company-issued procedures: Inspect the condition of raw material delivery vehicles according to company standards and regulations (provide feedback to relevant partners for adjustments if necessary). Check the quality of each batch of goods from suppliers according to company procedures, and promptly report to the direct Supervisor and Department Manager. Provide feedback on potato quality at the time of receipt to the Agronomic Development – Agro department to seek solutions for improving the quality of potatoes supplied to the factory. Take a representative sample for each batch, analyze the sample, and compare the analysis results with the Technical Specification (Spec). Report the inspection results to the warehouse, QC department, and Production department before transferring the goods to production. Organize the periodic inspection and calibration of equipment used for raw material inspection (scales, equipment for measuring solids, moisture, CO2 concentration, temperature, etc.) to ensure accuracy. Maintain inspection and calibration records. Maintain records of raw material inputs: input results into the computer, and store records and raw material samples. Periodically inspect the quality of stored potatoes, and report to the direct Supervisor to develop appropriate storage and production plans. Arrange all equipment in the Agro Lab to be clean and tidy, ensuring compliance with AIB, 5S, environmental safety, and health safety requirements during work. Qualifications College degree in Agriculture or Biology. At least 2 years of experience in quality control, with a preference for potato quality control. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel). Careful, diligent, honest, with high discipline. Basic English language skills. Communication skills.
