This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available after initial training. The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.
What the day will look like
Every day brings new challenges and opportunities for meaningful impact. Transparency and accountability will be at the heart of your work, as you refine expense allocation models and communicate insights with clarity and impact. Drive the team's North America Center-of-Excellence achievements by:
+ Coordinating the Order to Cash process and providing timely and detailed time tracking, income acknowledgment and cost distribution
+ Handling ad hoc financial reporting, keeping partners advised and empowered
+ Developing and improving dashboards that provide vital metrics to business leaders
+ Reviewing monthly management reports, pinpointing any discrepancies and improving adherence to guidelines
+ Support the implementation of operational efficiency, revenue realization and growth initiatives shaped by leadership

Their communication skills allow them to engage with executives and business leaders seamlessly, and tech skills—especially in Excel and Microsoft Office—enables team members to support data-driven decisions and digital transformation. This role requires:
+ Proven track record to interpret sophisticated data and transform it into actionable reports for all levels of the business
+ Project management experience, with a track record of budget responsibility, timely delivery, and measurable project outcomes
+ Exceptional writing and presentation abilities, combined with a capacity to articulate project scope, value, and return on investment
+ English fluence at C1 level is vital
