As an Agility Senior Associate in our team, you will contribute to the team by guiding and supporting solution delivery teams in adopting and adapting agile practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
Job responsibilities
Coach teams and leaders on agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban); mentor squads to build capabilities.Plan and facilitate agile trainings/workshops; lead key ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives) as needed.Identify and remove impediments; foster collaboration, transparency, and psychological safety.Promote continuous improvement through experimentation; encourage open feedback within and across teams.Define, track, and interpret delivery and health metrics to improve flow and outcomes.Partner with leadership to align agile ways of working with business goals; act as a change agent.Ensure governance and compliance with organizational standards; support regulatory and audit needs.Scale agile across teams/programs (e.g., SAFe, LeSS); coordinate cross-team dependencies and program-level planning.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a relevant domain, with a focus on guiding teams to adopt agile methodologies and practicesDemonstrate a comprehensive understanding of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practicesDemonstrate proficiency in facilitating group discussions, decision-making processes, and collaborative activities within teams to achieve product goalsShowcase proficiency in agile delivery and agile approaches, with a developing ability to coach teams and strive for continuous improvement and high performance.Possess advanced knowledge of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices, enabling effective guidance and support for teamsDisplay advanced knowledge of agile delivery and multiple agile approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), and scaling frameworks, monitoring agility metrics; with the ability to guide teams through complex projects, emphasizing iterative progress and adaptabilityPossess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization, effectively guiding group discussions and decision-making processes within the domain contextPreferred qualifications and skills
