The Opportunity:

Lead a portfolio to success in delivering working software and hardware products through an incremental approach.Serves as an Agile Coach who will educate people on how to work in an Agile framework. This applies to individuals, teams, and organizations.Goal is to coach and lead all team members through CACI’s Agile Solution Factory (ASF) designed methodology and practices.Provide a pre and post evaluation to assess the current organization’s operational processes, gathering insights of a team’s beginning Agile practices, culture, processes, tools, and organizational alignment. Provide assessment survey results, and tailored plan, outlining focus areas, prioritized actions, and training/coaching approach to guide the team to an Agile TransformationRemove portfolio impediments and champion the ASF methodologyCoach the teams in all scrum tasks like sprint planning, user story mapping, estimations, daily stand ups, demos, retrospective discussions, etc.Provide mentoring and training for the team on Agile processes, methods, and practicesGuide the team and all other stakeholders on DevOps practices (Pipeline, collaboration, TTD (Test Driven Development and CI/CD).Proactively seek opportunities to use process improvement and re-engineering methodologies to facilitate improvements to team processesFacilitate positive team dynamics to help maximize team performance
 

Responsibilities:
 

Required:

Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Level clearanceProfessional Experience: at least 7 years related experience; particularly working on government contracts.Agile or Scrum Master certification.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Agile coaching.Ability to coach scrum teams that consist of different roles and responsibilities and ability to work with various scrum teams within a portfolio.College degree (B.S. or greater) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline. Experience accepted in lieu of degreeTo be a coach and have a positive attitude.To be a leader who can easily adapt and learn the methodology and be able to effectively communicate it to the various portfolio teams.To hold teams, as well as other Agilists, accountable for their work and for their roles and responsibilities”Coaching, leading, facilitating conversations and meetings,Holding the various teams and Agilists accountable and being accountable for the ASF methodology implementation.Solid experience in incremental software development projects using an Agile Scrum approachUnderstanding of all elements of the software development life cycleHighly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$105,100-$231,100
