Job Description The Client is looking for an experienced and motivated Agile Project Manager to lead application development teams and oversee the implementation of various initiatives for the Department of Environmental Protection. The resource will be responsible for managing resources, schedules and financials and adhering to quality and process control guidelines throughout the entire life cycle of the projects. This resource will handle issues, risks, and changes within specified constraints of time and cost to ensure that the objectives, scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met, and the projects are delivered successfully and on time. This resource will coordinate and communicate with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, and team members . As our Delivery Center is a hybrid project management environment, this resource should have strong experience running projects both as a traditional Project Manager and serving as a Scrum Master on a scrum team. Knowledge and experience in additional agile frameworks are a plus. This position reports to the Portfolio Director for the Delivery Center. The position is remote but the candidate is expected to report on-site at the start/end of engagement to gather inventory and 1x a month on site for sprint plannings. Skills and Requirements 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager with emphasis on experience working on budgeting/fiscal planning/scope 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for large technology projects, frequently coaching Agile development teams 2+ years of experience utilizing Agile Project Management methodologies as well as utilizing Azure DevOps for projects Excellent oral and written communication skills PMP or Scrum Master Certification
