POSITION SUMMARY This role involves highly skilled individual Scrum Master to engage in the biggest change programs in Bank of America Financial Center Technology group. The Scrum Master will be part of a team enabling a total transformation of Technology and the way the business operates at the bank. They will be working in a line of business enabling and coaching large through their adoption Agile and Lean thinking and practices. Primary Skill Agile tools (Jira) Secondary Skill Agile Scrum Master REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE Proficient in JIRA agile story management tool. • Familiarity or training in Scaled Agile Framework and Program Increment Planning. • Worked in environments with external team dependencies collaborated with project managers to align deliverables. • Agile certifications like CSM, SAFE is good to have.
