The pay rate is $48/hour W2 ONLY.** **This is a W2 only position. It is not eligible forC2C, 1099, Agencies or Vendors.** As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the delivery of high value products and services to our customers. You will work directly on scrum teams to implement and improve delivery practices, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement. BUSINESS ACUMEN – Develop a clear understanding of the products/services owned by the team and ensure that work is aligned with business strategy. DATA – Ensures the team's data is correct, complete, and compliant so it can be used to make data-driven decisions. TOOLS – Achieve proficiency in the use of the Fidelity tools and reporting ecosystem and encourage / teach others to be. TEAM DYNAMICS – Enables healthy team dynamics through trusted partnerships and conflict resolution. LEADERSHIP – Earn a seat at the leadership table by being a valued consultant for dealing with complex problems.
