Agile Program Manager (hybrid) – Mobile Software Development
If interested reach out directly to kimberly.spicer@systemone.com or call/text 301-252-8762 Agile Program Manager – Mobile Software Development Location: Dallas, TX (hybrid- in office 3 days a week) Program Manager to lead large-scale mobile software initiatives in a fast-paced, Agile environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep experience working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile Release Trains (ARTs). You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of mobile programs. Required Qualifications + 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, or similar role. + Hands-on experience working in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments. + Direct experience supporting or leading an Agile Release Train (ART). + Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean principles. + Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. + Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and disciplines. Preferred Qualifications + Proven experience managing mobile application development (iOS and/or Android). + SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant, SAFe Agilist, or similar). Responsibilities + Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex mobile software programs across multiple teams and workstreams. + Operate within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), supporting and coordinating one or more Agile Release Trains (ARTs). + Facilitate PI Planning, program increment execution, dependency management, and cross-team alignment. + Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture to define program scope, roadmaps, and milestones. + Track and communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics to stakeholders and leadership. + Identify and proactively mitigate risks and impediments that could impact timelines or quality. + Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution. + Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability. + Support change management and process improvements within Agile and SAFe practices. #LI-KA1 #DI-KS1 #M1 Ref: #855-IT Baltimore System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
