This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep experience working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile Release Trains (ARTs). You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of mobile programs. Required Qualifications + 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, or similar role. + Hands-on experience working in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments. + Direct experience supporting or leading an Agile Release Train (ART). + Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean principles. + Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. + Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and disciplines. Preferred Qualifications + Proven experience managing mobile application development (iOS and/or Android). + SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant, SAFe Agilist, or similar).
