Agile Program Manager
**Description** Join SAIC in supporting a newly awarded program! As an **Agile Program Manager** , you’ll oversee program execution, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure alignment with mission objectives while driving Agile best practices across multiple teams. **This position is open to candidates in the DC and surrounding areas. Potential for future remote work.** **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Provide Agile program oversight across multiple workstreams + Align backlogs with strategic priorities + Manage cost, schedule, and performance + Interface with Senior Leadership + Lead cross-team planning + Oversee technical writing, meeting documentation, and action item tracking for leadership reviews **Qualifications** **Education and Experience:** + Active Secret Clearance, or ability to acquire one + Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent and 9+ years of related experience + 9+ years of program/project management experience in IT or data-focused programs + Experience managing >$10M/year programs + Strong experience in Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) + Proficiency with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, and MS Teams) + Experience with supporting Federal or DHS Programs + Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership skills + Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders in a complex program environment **Preferred Qualifications:** + PMP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or PMI-ACP certification + Experience in Data/AI Programs Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
