• Collaborates closely with software leaders and team members to proactively identify, analyze, and resolve risks, dependencies, and conflicts within the Agile environment, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to project progress and delivery schedules.
• Leads improvement projects, initiating change, driving improvements within the discipline, independently developing, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall value delivery, working under limited supervision.
• Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways while encountering a diverse range of challenges within the Agile environment, demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Builds a culture of transparency by effectively communicating project status updates and impediments to stakeholders, including Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and Lean Portfolio Managers (LPMs), fostering trust and accountability across the Agile ecosystem.
• Provides dedicated support to Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and Solution Trains, leveraging Kanban boards and information radiators to facilitate the smooth flow of value through teams, ensuring efficient progress tracking and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Provides guidance and coaching in Agile methodologies, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and empowering teams to embrace Agile best practices for enhanced performance.
• Enhances advocacy for Agile principles and practices, promoting collaboration between teams, System & Solution Architects, Engineering, Marketing, and Quality & Regulatory (Q&R) departments, and implementing initiatives such as continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps integration.
• Supports Sprint/Program Increment (PI) Planning readiness sessions, ensuring thorough preparation of Vision and Backlogs and active participation in pre- and post-PI Planning meetings to facilitate alignment and effective planning.
• Enables teams to self-organize at scale by providing guidance on agile transformation efforts, supporting design flow optimization, and influencing flow factors within the Agile environment.
• Cultivates effective relationships, shares knowledge, and provides influence over projects and peer groups, demonstrating full understanding of area of specialization, effectively advocating for innovative ideas and guiding others towards optimal solutions.
Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management or equivalent.
Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Software Development, Agile Project Management or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree.
Minimum required Certification:
Leading SAFe and Advanced Scrum Master
Preferred Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience as SCRUM Master and minimum 8 years of experience in Software Development
