Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to guide and mature the agile delivery approach across multiple technology teams. This individual will play a critical role in driving consistent ways of working, enabling effective execution, and fostering continuous improvement to support key business and technology outcomes. The Agile Delivery Lead will partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure predictable, high‑quality delivery in a fast‑paced environment. Skills and Requirements -7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum, or Program/Project Management roles -Hands‑on experience leading multiple Agile teams in a scaled environment (SAFe, Scrum@Scale, etc.) -Proven experience driving PI Planning and facilitating Scrum of Scrums -Strong background coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross‑functional delivery teams -Demonstrated ability to remove impediments, manage risks, and maintain predictable delivery -Strong understanding of Agile metrics and delivery health indicators -Excellent communication skills and experience reporting to senior leadership -Experience partnering across Business/Product, Engineering/Dev, QA, Vendors, and SI partners -Ability to influence without authority and build alignment across teams -Strong problem‑solving, facilitation, and conflict‑resolution skills -SAFe certifications (e.g., SAFe SPC, SAFe RTE, SAFe -Scrum Master, SAFe POPM) -Experience in large enterprise or complex technology transformation environments -Background working with offshore/nearshore delivery teams -Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar Agile tools -Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines -Understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, or technology portfolio management -Experience influencing or maturing Agile frameworks at the organizational level -Previous consulting experience or experience working with SI vendors
