What You'll Be Doing

Participate in hands-on training across aggregate operations, safety, and productionAssist site leadership with daily operational planning and executionAnalyze performance metrics and contribute to process improvement initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goalsPrepare for future leadership roles through structured development and mentorship

What Are We Looking For

Degree in Engineering (Mining, Civil, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent technical disciplineStrong interest in operations management and leadership developmentAbility to learn quickly and adapt in dynamic environmentsEffective communication and problem-solving skillsWillingness to relocate or travel as needed for training and development

Work Environment
This program includes rotational assignments across aggregate production sites. Participants will work in both office and field settings, including outdoor environments and active industrial operations.
