What You'll Be Doing
Learn and support daily operations across aggregate production, quality control, and maintenance.Collaborate with site leadership to drive safety, efficiency, and environmental compliance.Participate in hands-on training and cross-functional projects to build operational knowledge.Analyze data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Prepare for future leadership roles through mentorship and structured development.What Are We Looking For

This role involves working in both office and field settings, including active aggregate production sites. Conditions may include exposure to dust, noise, varying weather, and heavy equipment. Safety is our top priority, and all necessary protective equipment and training will be provided.
