**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Support daily operations of the quarry and plant to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity
+ Implement and monitor production schedules to meet company targets, with a production volume of 1.7 million tons per year
+ Collaborate with plant leadership to implement process improvements and optimize production
+ Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime
+ Lead and develop team members to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience
+ Five years of aggregates operations management experience
+ Advanced understanding of geology, mining methods, and regulations
+ Proven leadership skills managing multiple, diverse teams
+ Entrepreneurial thinking and business opportunity identification
+ Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
**Work Environment**
This role is based in a quarry and plant setting, requiring regular exposure to outdoor conditions, heavy machinery, and varying terrain. Safety gear and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
**Physical Demands**
+ Ability to walk, stand, climb, and navigate uneven surfaces in an outdoor industrial environment
+ Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and reaching
+ Tolerance for working in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and dust
+ Visual and auditory ability to safely operate and monitor heavy equipment and machinery
+ Ability to operate a motor vehicle as part of daily responsibilities
+ Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times
