**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Oversee daily operations of the rock quarry in Bridgeport, Texas to ensure efficiency and productivity.
+ Achieve a production volume of 3.8 million tons per year while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
+ Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
+ Coordinate with various departments to optimize production and meet quality standards.
+ Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials.
+ Lead and develop a team to achieve operational goals and continuous improvement.

**Qualification Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience.
+ Five years of aggregates operations management experience.
+ Advanced understanding of geology, mining methods, and regulations.
+ Proven leadership skills managing multiple, diverse teams.
+ Entrepreneurial thinking and business opportunity identification.

**Physical Demands**
+ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
