As a Product Owner, you will be a senior leader for this digital product, co-defining product strategy with the business, planning product roadmap, driving product delivery with delivery team, and measuring/optimizing business impact.

Main responsibilities

Own the product from a « What » and « Why » perspectiveDefine, create, and communicate product roadmap aligned with business objectives and supported by business cases, market research, customer data and competitive analysisWork cross-functionally with all areas of the business, partnerships, and with senior stakeholders in commercial, research, technology, operations, and marketing departmentsBe accountable for delivering incremental value every sprintManage backlog prioritization of workWork with Scrum Master and delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, being available to solve issuesInspire the team and bring a unique vision and perspective for what is possible

About youExtensive relevant experience in digital product ownership or related field. Significant experience in product management building complex digital solutions, ideally within a healthcare/biotech company preferred.Solid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & IntegrationStrong drive and ability to build & share product visionProven business sense, ability to take decisions, think strategically and partner with business/other teamsExperience and curiosity in using new AI tools to accelerate how product design and development is doneExcellent communication & presenting skills, including with executive stakeholdersTrack-record of problem-solving & overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment, with a “get things done” mindsetStrong cross-functional leadership & influencing skillsStrong project management skillsBachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
