Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents that can reason, plan, and act autonomously across complex workflows. The candidate should have strong experience in Generative AI, LLMs, multi-agent orchestration frameworks, RAG, and Cloud Integration. This role involves building agent-driven solutions for automation, decision-making, and enterprise use case

 

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement autonomous AI agents using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.).

Develop multi-agent systems using frameworks such as MCP, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen or Semantic Kernel.

Architect end-to-end agent workflows that include reasoning, planning, and tool usage.

Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise applications.

Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for task-specific use cases (RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation).

Implement Observability, safety, and guardrails for AI agents (feedback loops, alignment).

Work closely with product, data science, and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.

Contribute to research and PoCs around emerging Agentic AI patterns and frameworks.

Optimize AI agent performance for memory, latency, scalability, and cost efficiency.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of Software/AI development experience with at least 2+ years in GenAI.

Strong programming skills in Python/JavaScript (experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js is a plus).

Hands-on expertise with LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral, etc.).

Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, MCP or similar agentic frameworks.

Cloud deployment experience (AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, or GCP Vertex AI).

Understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.

Familiarity with MLOps practices (CI/CD for AI, model monitoring).

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Experience :

5+ years of Software/AI development experience with at least 2+ years in GenAI.
