Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Service Department team.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional multi-channel support to corporate clients (B2B), managing customer retention processes, and identifying sales opportunities to grow the client base.
What You'll Do:
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via telephone calls, emails, and real-time chat, providing accurate information and support in both Spanish and English.
Collaborate with other departments to maximize customer satisfaction, manage client retention processes, and proactively promote Iron Mountain products and services to B2B clients.
Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions in internal systems, perform related administrative and operational support tasks, and maintain effective use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools (e.g., intermediate/advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency).
What You'll Bring:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Client Support, and/or Call Center roles, with a focus on retention experience.
Strong knowledge of and Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or higher) in conversation, reading, and writing (indispensable).
Proven ability in strong analytical skills, negotiation, teamwork, and excellent written communication, with a genuine passion for service and understanding customer needs.
Education/Certification: Academic High School Diploma (Bachiller académico).
