Responsibilities

Coordinate contract implementation efforts, including tracking supplier performance and collaborating with internal teams to address issues related to product delivery, service levels, or adherence to agreed terms.

Engage key stakeholders to gather insights and define functional and clinical requirements for products and services under review for contract development. Facilitate structured stakeholder input processes to ensure a representative and collaborative approach to supplier selection.Partner with sourcing counterparts to develop and manage requests for information and proposals, leveraging eSourcing platforms to collect supplier responses, assess capabilities, and support data-driven evaluations.Synthesize input from end-users, clinical leaders, and operational teams to support supplier recommendations that balance quality, performance, and cost considerations.Support the documentation and presentation of findings and supplier evaluations to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the contracting process. Develop stakeholder communications related to contract launches, product changes, safety alerts, and education opportunities.Track and report on key performance metrics tied to contract outcomes, including cost savings, standardization, and improvements in product or service quality.
Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

A Bachelor's degree 0-3 years of professional experience OR previous internship experience (healthcare supply chain, project management, or other relevant experience) Professional working proficiency of Google Workspace applications (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc)
