About the Role
Manage Life Planners to drive engagement (i.e. CAC members, MDRTs, Convention Qualifiers)Roles and Responsibilities:
Activate, grow and drive productivity of Life PlannersCollaborate with AD’s Work Stream or departments to increase adoption and Active Agent/ Productivity of Life PlannersGenerate CS leads through Project KEY from Life PlannersManagement of the day to day distribution support and activities for right impact.Work effectively with existing and develop new CS producers to maximize ANP and VoNB in Agency channel (including TAKAFUL).Become the point of contact for intermediaries for potential business deal, renewal, upselling, cross-selling and after sales service (including servicing issues, if any)Track sales performance and key initiatives and prepare weekly and monthly sales reportCollaborate with Segment Management to plan and execute engagement activities, R&R, campaigns to deepen and foster good relationships with Life PlannersDeep understanding of servicing issues and ability to appropriately escalate to Client ManagementMinimum Job Requirement:
Education – Diploma or Degree Holder of any studyExperience – Minimum 5 years working experience in sales, or insurance / financial related industrySpecial skills – Familiar in using Excel and PowerPoint, good presentation skills (one to one or one to many)Managerial skills – has experience in managing a sales teamGood problem solving, conflict resolution and decision-making skillsSelf-motivated, passionate, resourceful, proactive, result driven, and ability to work in a stressful and challenging environmentBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
