Agency Operations Project Manager (non-technical) **Employment Type:** Contract/Temp **Date Posted:** 7/23/2025 **Location:** Plainsboro, NJ **Pay Range:** 93.50 - 103.50 USD per Hour **Job Number:** JO-2507-2692 **Primary Function** The Agency Operations Project Manager (Non-Technical) is responsible for managing the execution of digital marketing programs from kickoff to go-live. This includes coordinating cross-functional teams and agency partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery within budget. The role supports a leading global healthcare organization focused on chronic disease, operating in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Hybrid 3 days onsite in Plainsboro, NJ Rate up to $103.50/hr. Length: 1 year to potential conversion **Duties & Responsibilities** + Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects aligned to strategic goals. + Guide project teams through the full lifecycle—from kickoff through go-live—ensuring projects stay within defined parameters. + Provide expertise in scope management, quality control, and technical execution. + Identify and proactively manage project risks with appropriate mitigation strategies. + Apply best practices to foster stronger cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution. + Coordinate efforts between internal stakeholders, agency partners, and vendors to ensure shared understanding and delivery. + Serve as a central communication hub, promoting transparency and alignment across all project phases. + Mentor and support less experienced colleagues to foster a collaborative team culture. + Continuously identify opportunities for operational improvement across project delivery workflows. + Drive adoption of process enhancements that lead to better efficiency and outcomes. + Develop and maintain strategic plans for project execution, aligned to company and department objectives. + Monitor key metrics and performance indicators, adjusting plans to ensure delivery success. **Skills & Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) required. + 3–5 years of relevant commercial project management experience, primarily digital. + 7–10 years of overall Project Management experience; PMP certification is a plus. + Experience with all pharma marketing and launch scenarios, preferred. + Capable of working in ambiguity and establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with cross-functional teams. + Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Digital-minded with a strong understanding of marketing asset specifications, templates, content management systems, and workflows. + Experience collaborating with internal/external clients and managing external vendors. + Strong oral and written communication skills. + Proficiency with portfolio/project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Workfront, JIRA). + Exceptional production management and quality assurance skills. + Demonstrates empathy, emotional intelligence, and inclusion under pressure (Seek Understanding). + Fosters trust, motivates others, and supports collaboration through change (Build Teams). + Provides feedback, encourages growth, and helps develop diverse talent (Accelerate Development). + Communicates purpose, sets priorities, and supports bold, strategic decisions (Set Direction). + Adapts quickly, empowers teams, and simplifies complex challenges to drive results (Drive Outcomes). **Education & Experience** + Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar). + Minimum 3–5 years of commercial project management experience in a digital marketing context. + 7–10 years total project management experience preferred. + PMP certification is a plus. + Experience in pharmaceutical marketing and launch execution is strongly preferred. **To Apply** Use the link at the bottom of this page to apply.
