About the Role

Responsible for new agent contract application end to end processing and licensing & movement tasks are processed within the stipulated turnaround time (TAT).

Job Responsibilities:

Handle new agent contract application end to end processing within stipulated timeline for Standard Life Planner, Elite (Elite Lite, Elite, Elite Pro), Add license application (Life, Takaful and General license) and FAR Conversion.Perform due diligence assessment and ensure all the application are processed as per rules and regulations set by regulatory and the company.Ensure the bulk upload and all system updates is accurate as per standard operation procedures (SOP) and the completeness checking of application and system updates.Perform monthly reconciliation of records for LIAM/MTA/PIAM with AIA records. Effective case assignment and process agency contract stamping timely. Ensure all the regular and ad hoc licensing reporting is generated within the stipulated timeline. Perform data analysis on agency licensing and provide insights for management's reference.Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendor.Perform any other agency licensing and movement assignment from time to time in order to meet operational efficiency objective.Continuously review and fine-tune the SOP/processes to ensure it meets with the business requirements and customer expectations.Liaise effectively with relevant parties to resolve all enquiries from agency and stakeholders within expected turnaround time. Periodic quality assurance check, prepare data as requested by internal and external audit and compliance team.Data Management – to keep proper records/documentation for payment related matters.Prepare user requirements/ user story for system enhancement, requirement walkthrough with relevant parties.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree of any field from recognized University with minimum 2 years or working experience in distribution operation.  Minimum 2 years relevant working experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point)Detailed oriented person. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Problem solver with analytical mind.Good command in English (verbal and written communication).
