AGCN Deputy Director This role requires a leader with strategic vision, experience in the insurance industry—primarily in Property & Casualty—and risk management, strong communication and leadership skills, and a solid understanding of client needs. What the day will look like Being responsible for: + Responsible for the global Property & Casualty (AGCN) portfolio + Build and maintain relationships with clients at the Risk Management Director level and with insurers + Manage the renewal process and act as the point of contact between internal teams and clients, both locally and globally + Oversee, administer, and supervise team members, ensuring high-performance team management + Manage renewal budgets, New Business sales, implementation of new accounts, and Global reporting + Develop pipelines of opportunities with other Lines of Business such as Benefits, Surety, etc. + Manage internal and client projects Position Requirements + Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry: Strong understanding of Aon's products, innovation, and services, as well as insurance markets (Commercial Multi-line, Transportation, Auto Fleet, Parametric, D&O, Cyber, etc.) + Leadership skills: Ability to motivate and inspire teams, delegate responsibilities, and foster a collaborative environment + Communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas both verbally and in writing, and openness to operational change + Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions + Client orientation: Deep understanding of client needs and expectations, with a focus on providing high-quality solutions + Adaptability and flexibility: Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment and new technologies + Technical knowledge: Good understanding of Aon’s operational processes and procedures, as well as applicable regulations and laws + Problem-solving: Ability to efficiently and effectively identify and resolve issues + Intermediate to advanced English + 10 years of industry experience + Experience managing, executing, and measuring KPIs Key Competencies + Client focus: Prioritize client needs in all decisions and actions + Integrity: Act ethically and responsibly in all interactions + Excellence orientation: Continuously seek improvement and innovation in processes and services + Respect: Treat others with respect and consideration, regardless of position or experience + Teamwork: Foster a collaborative and team-oriented environment How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
