How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

TGM Operations Manager supports the region’s Healthcare sales team to define customer specific service work scopes based on contractual obligations and manages the implementation process for new accounts. The Manager of TGM will help the Director of TGM Services collectively analyze key business metrics in order to report and present findings to the VP of Medical Sales regarding the overall stability of the core business model. A key part of the process involves overseeing up to 20 technicians from north Los Angeles to San Diego and the Inland Empire, meeting with customers, operations, sales and other support organizations to shepherd development and communicate the merits and features of the TGM program.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university and/or 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Length & Type of Experience: Solid time management and organizational skills

Broad operational knowledge of Airgas processes and product mixKnowledge of Supply Chain Management

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA’s):
