Role:
CCA's Digital organization has responsibility for the technical data cataloging analyst is responsible for efficiently and effectively facilitating the execution of CCA's eCommerce organization deliverables within the specific function. This position is specifically for the execution of Catalog Data for eCommerce & Independent Aftermarket to attend ACDELCO & eCommerce business.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
The primary role of the Catalog Data Technical Analyst is to author catalog application data for ACDELCO & eCommerce catalog, support parts change management, support Parts Readiness & Supply Chain and generate BI reports.
Determine where the parts and usages will be displayed in the catalog in order to allow the dealers to search the correct parts easilyInput catalog data in our systemsSupport development of the eCommerce & ACDELCO Data CatalogPromote discussion with eCommerce & ACDelco to improve data flow related to parts updates, new products and technical attributesProcess changes in the catalog authored by the responsible engineers & suppliersRespond to dealers’ questions received thru Product MarketingGenerate reports for pending tasksYour Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial).Advanced English (written and spoken).Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI.Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL, Access).Strong presentation skills in both English and Portuguese.Ability to maintain existing standards and establish new ones to improve dealer experience – innovation oriented.Strong ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.High sense of urgency and customer focus.Strong interpersonal skills.Strong drive to succeed.What Can Give You A Competitive Edge (Preference Qualifications)
Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Mercado Livre, Amazon) and IAM business.Experience developing parts catalogs for eCommerce and IAM (such as applications and parts attributes).Knowledge of automotive systems.Experience in technical drawing.#LI-LL1
