To drive increased capture rate through dealers and partners. Grow revenue growth through active sales efforts focused on parts sales. Audit and drive growth with aftermarket partners and dealers. And provide top level customer service. Ability to close sales and follow the sales order through the sales cycle.
Main tasks and responsibilitiesDrive Parts sales growth through key channels. Developing sales relationships with dealers, service providers, customers, District Service Managers and other key stakeholders Consult dealers and service partners related to parts campaigns Develop yearly dealer partner parts and service goals based on install base of units in dealer partner AOR Audit dealers and service providers to ensure compliance with Hiab policies regarding stock targets, marketing, and competitive offerings Create Sales Velocity and Sales Effectiveness by touching every customer in territory via in person, by email or phone call Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of service sales and install base Set and discuss annual parts and service targets with dealers and service providers and monitor their forecasts and performance at least every quarter. Work directly with Hiab USA service teams to promote service, contracts, and bring in new customers Use CRM to develop a robust and consistent pipeline, leads, and opportunities and also to record contacts and events. Provide sales and service leads to respective departments using Salesforce CRM Identify/troubleshoot customer parts needs Train dealers and other customers on use of Hiab Webshop and create Webshop accounts/access Follow up on quotes and open leads/opportunities to close sales Escalate customer/partner issues quickly when required, providing accurate and complete information Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries through phone calls and emails Continual learning of product and parts information Understand and comply with all Safety and Environmental requirements Dealer operating standards implementation and audits Tech training audits (competency matrix, and training audits) - support for scheduling training (install and maintenance) ProCare contracts sales through dealers Train and support dealer reps regarding warranty process Development, implementation, and auditing dealer service business plans Perform all other duties as required by Supervisor within the physical constraints of the job Approximately 80% travel will be required

Education:
Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent required Candidate with AA or BS degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
Working experience:
Prior industrial equipment/automotive dealer channel management with aftermarket focus
Skills and competencies:
Time management (organizing, planning, prioritizing) skills Customer focused Understanding of profit/loss accountability Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Strong technical aptitude and/or technical knowledge Extensive computer skills (Microsoft Office and Google products) with accurate data entry Detail oriented Ability to multi-task and demonstrate strong work ethic with a professional and cooperative attitude Ability to work independently with limited supervision
