As an After-Sales Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and/or inspection operations at our customers' sites around the world.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Communicating with the customer to determine their needs and performing inspections or repairs.Performing mechanical activities on site, either alone or with the customer's employees.Inspecting gears and auxiliary components (pumps, couplings, etc.).Replacing parts in LUFKIN Gears or competitor gearboxes, as well as bearings or bushings.Reconditioning LUFKIN gearboxes or those of our competitors.Resolve malfunctions or emergencies as neededPerform vibration checksSupervise repairs and technical improvementsSupervise and direct on-site teams (e.g., client subcontractors)Prepare post-intervention reports

To succeed in this role, you will need:

a Diploma and certified technician in Mechanical Domain with 5 -10 years experience Rotating equipment or Turbines or Gear box from Oil and Gas DomainOpen to work in Baker Hughes plant in Dammam, travel involved in certain parts of Saudi ArabiaBe rigorous, organized, and methodicalBe autonomous and able to take initiativeBe bilingual (Arabic/English)Be able to travel worldwide 80% of the timeBe able to work in difficult conditions (climate, dust) and occasionally work overtime
