Specific Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

General Responsibilities

After Sales Team Leadership. Internal and External Trainings. RAEEs Management. Service Centers Network Management. Report to After Sales Service & Quality Manager ROSA on area related tasks.

After Sales Team Leadership

Training and Team's Performance Monitoring. Tools Creation if needed. Seek Constant Improvement. Exchange and Refunds Approvals. Social media Claims Escalations. Legal Claims Cases Closure Responsible.

Internal and External Customers

Call Center training, process review and support. Customers Trainings, Visits and After Sales Policy communication and follow up. Local team Trainings and After Sales Policy communication and follow up. Customers Agreements review, commercial team support. Direct Customers interlocutor on After Sales related matters.

WEEE Management

WEEE Vendor Relationship. WEEE Plan Owner and Responsible.

Service Centers Network Management

Master Services Agreements Management. Approving New Service Centers. Master Service Closure reports and invoicing approvals. Maintain periodic meetings with these suppliers.

Reporting

After Sales Budget and Provisinon Responsible. KPIs Management and Accountability. Service Parts Forecast Management. Service P&A Inventory Management (IDR/E&O). Periodic KPIs region call reports.

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor on Engineering or Administration or 10 years of equivalent experience on similar After sales position. 5 years in previous similar After Sales position. 3 years of leadership experience. Working application of Excel for tracking and control and Word and Power Point for reporting purposes. SAP or similar system knowledge is desired. Advanced English. Analytical, problem solving and good communication skills. Outstanding follow up and follow through capabilities.

Ability to plan work on a daily basis, work independently with little supervision
