After - Sales Director - Relocation to Tashkent

A large global automotive company is entering a phase of structural growth and is building a mature after-sales model. As part of this transformation, a new leadership role is being created — After Sales Director, with direct impact on customer experience, service quality, and overall business performance. As the talent level for the role is very limitted in Uzbekistan our Antal team is kin into filling this role with an East European candidate who is looking to relocate under an indefinitive employment contract. Please note that the Russian language at a medium-conversational level - is an important requirement, besided English one.

Scope of Responsibility and Role Impact

Define and execute the company-wide after-sales strategy Build and scale a unified service system, including service standards, quality framework, and performance metrics Lead the after-sales infrastructure: service centers, field engineers, spare parts operations Oversee warranty and post-warranty processes with a strong focus on quality, turnaround time, and customer loyalty Develop customer service capabilities and personally manage complex customer cases when required Establish a sustainable customer feedback and satisfaction management system Build, lead, and develop the after-sales management team Own the after-sales budget, control costs, and improve operational efficiency Partner closely with sales, technical, and production functions Influence product improvement using insights from service data and customer feedback Launch service programs, value-added services, and initiatives that increase business profitability

Candidate Profile

Senior leader with hands-on experience in after-sales management within the automotive or a comparable technical B2B industry Proven track record in building, standardizing, or scaling after-sales operations and service teams Strong expertise in process management, financial planning, and performance management Strategic thinker with the ability to balance leadership and operational control Working proficiency in English and Russian
