Building Information: Hunter's Point South | Related As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of our community—building relationships, creating memorable first impressions, and helping prospective residents find their perfect home. What You’ll Do: Conduct engaging property tours and showcase available apartments to prospective residents Guide applicants through the leasing process—from application to move-in—while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements Partner with third-party agencies to verify income, employment, and eligibility documentation Monitor and prepare vacant apartments, ensuring tour paths and model units are inviting and well-maintained Cultivate relationships with brokers, community organizations, and industry partners to drive leasing activity Track leasing performance by maintaining accurate reports, market surveys, and traffic data Analyze occupancy trends, shop competitors, and recommend new marketing strategies to stay ahead of the market Contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns and community outreach to generate leasing traffic Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. Anticipated base salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 + Discretionary Bonus Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors.
