Job DescriptionAs Universal+ accelerates its growth across Latin America, the Affiliate Relations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving subscriber acquisition, retention, and monetization through strategic partnerships with Pay TV, broadband, and mobile operators. This role blends commercial acumen, analytical rigor, and operational execution to maximize the performance of affiliate-driven sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Execution
Design and implement affiliate sales strategies that drive subscriber growth and ARPU uplift across partner ecosystems.Develop and refine acquisition funnels customized for affiliate sales channels such as telemarketing, kiosks, D2D, and STB UI.Structure and negotiate incentive programs, consumer promotions, and training initiatives to boost conversion and retention.Performance Analytics & Optimization
Monitor KPIs, including net adds, churn, ARPU, SAC, CPA, and ROAS across affiliate campaigns.Use data-driven insights to optimize partner performance and identify growth opportunities.Benchmark affiliate performance against internal and industry standards.Partner Relationship Management
Serve as the primary commercial contact for a portfolio of affiliates, ensuring alignment on goals and execution.Conduct quarterly business reviews and performance deep-dives with key partners.Drive adoption of Universal+ tools, CRM systems, and promotional assets.Cross-Functional Collaboration
