Affidavit Specialist
Job Description Job Description: • Processing affidavit submissions routed to multiple client email folders within 9 calendar days. • Properly executing all rush requests and responding to client emails within 24 hours. • Escalating procedure changes to management and updating internal and external process documents as needed. • Properly notating all account level issues in internal system. • Ensuring attorney requests for client signed documents are processed according to client standards and providing clear instructions for correcting when needed. • Logging all approvals, internal rejects, and client rejects accurately and timely. • Verifying spreadsheet data and data within legal documents.
