Affidavit Scanning Specialist
Job Description Job description: The Affidavit Specialist is responsible for managing high‑volume affidavit processing, document imaging, and administrative support to ensure legal documents move through the workflow accurately and efficiently Key Responsibilities: • Image and process high‑volume affidavits (100–150 per hour), including QA and rush‑priority documents. • Handle mailing duties such as preparing FedEx shipments and printing documents for clients. • Maintain front‑desk and administrative workflows, including visitor logs, mail logs, and package handling. • Access client media portals, retrieve documentation, and accurately notate account‑level updates in internal systems. • Identify and escalate process changes while supporting updates to internal and external procedure documents.
